Why is it dark at night?
This Minute-Physics video (they cheat, by the way - it’s nearly four minutes long!) starts out with this relatively simple question, but as you can imagine, the answer is more complicated than it would seem. When you ponder, the question really is puzzling - if we know there are billions upon billions of stars out there, and many are bigger than our sun, then why do we see dark space in the sky at night? Be sure to watch the video to find out!
